Return & Refund Policy Effective Date:  January 1, 2024 At Harbor Guard, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for eligible products.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
  • The product was not marked as final sale or custom order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper application.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at HGsupport@harborguard.com or 1-619-453-0663 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Ship the product back to us using the instructions provided, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the package.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
